We make shopping as well as shipping convenient for you.

www.arrco.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

 

We offer two ways for your purchases to reach you:

– Home Delivery (all orders)– FREE shipping within UAE  with NO minimum purchase. You’ll receive an email once your order has been shipped and you can expect delivery within 5-7 days.

– Pick Up In Store – Pick up your order from our store for FREE with Click & Collect service.

You’ll be able to choose your preferred delivery method during checkout. Whether you choose delivery or store pick up, your order will be fulfilled by our store. We usually process orders within 72 hours. If there’s a problem fulfilling your order, we’ll call you within this period to let you know.

HOME DELIVERY – WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

All orders are delivered by courier.

Your delivery cost will be displayed at checkout, before you complete your order, and is charged to your credit card upon submitting your order.
We don’t accept any liability for the goods ordered and/or any loss or damage incurred by any person in relation to your order once it has been
received by the courier for delivery to you. We suggest that you have your order delivered to an address where someone will be present during
business hours to sign for the delivery. If the delivery address is unattended, our couriers are authorised to leave the goods in a secure place at
that address.

If you’re having your order delivered, you can pay online using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard )

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll let you know via email. Delivery could take 7-10 working days from this date. After this time if you still
haven’t received your order, please email our online sales support team on [email protected] or Whatsapp on +971 581054761 (Mon-Sat 9:00am-6:00 pm).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Arrco Only delivers within UAE. If you want International delivery contact us on [email protected] or Whatsapp on +971 581054761

For deliveries outside UAE :

– Your shipment could be subject to Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / VAT / Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country.
– These charges will have to be paid by the consignee/customer. The company is not liable to pay them under any circumstances.
– The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value does not include these charges.
– If the consignee/customer refuses to pay the liable shipment custom charges upon its arrival in the destination country the company will deduct complete shipping and return duty charges from the consignees order value while processing the refund.

PICK UP IN-STORE – WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

You can pick up your order from our store free of delivery charge, with no minimum spend.
As soon as your order is processed and ready to be collected, we’ll let you know. The person will need to provide identification (and we’ll make a copy of it) for the purposes of order verification and store security practices. If there’s a problem fulfilling your order, we’ll contact you within 72 hours.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refunds will be made into the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 20 days
depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Merchant must detail the return, refund, and cancellation policy clearly on the Website to inform
Cardholders of their rights and responsibilities.

  • The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
  • The product is defective.
  • The product was damaged in shipping.
  • The product is tampered.

Please note:

Products may differ from those pictured on the website due to natural variations in colour/finish and scale of the image. Products that have been installed cannot be returned for a ‘change of mind’ refund.

Replacement Policy

Replacement request will be granted only if the technical avaluation is found ireeparable and it is a pure manufacturing fault. No cash refund is possible, but any other alternative product for the same value can be bought. Any claims/replacement will be honored only after the technical evalutaion is done, which will take minimum of 5-7 working days.
